Connecta Child Safety Standards

Connecta is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and maintaining zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Age Requirement

Connecta is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the app.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Connecta strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming or attempting to groom a minor
• Sexual exploitation of children
• Solicitation of minors
• Human trafficking involving minors
• Any content or behaviour that exploits, endangers or sexualizes children

Any account found engaging in such activity will be permanently removed.

Reporting

Users can report any profile, content or behaviour that may violate these standards directly from within the Connecta app or by contacting us at: hello@connecta-women.com. Reports are reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible.

Enforcement

When we become aware of content or behaviour violating these standards, we may:

• Remove offending content;
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts;
• Preserve relevant information where required by law;
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities where legally required.
